Items can be returned for credit to the credit card used to make the purchase on the site up to 14 days from the date the item was received at the customer's home, provided that it has not been used, is in perfect condition and is completely new, and upon receipt in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. Shipping paid at the time of purchase cannot be refunded.
In the event of a transaction cancellation and/or exchange – the shipping costs of the product will apply to the customer only and the customer may choose whether to return the item via the company's courier company or via registered mail to the address we will write to you.
Also, in the event of a transaction cancellation after the product has been
sent to the customer, a full monetary credit will be given for the item purchased and not for the shipping fees as stated. The credit will be made only after the shipment is received and inspected by the company's employees. The credit will be given on the condition that the product is returned without use and/or defect and/or damage. If the product is returned other than as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited. It is clarified that the company has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product.
We make every effort and test to ensure that our products are in perfect condition. However, we understand that there may be a situation where a product is sent to you with a manufacturing defect. In this case, the product will be sent to the customer at our expense.
Please note, Direct cards cannot be credited, therefore Direct cardholders are entitled to receive their money back via bank transfer less a 5% clearing fee and credit card transactions.
